• Bring your own tablets and only book the blister packaging.

This allows us to offer maximum flexibility – whether you need a complete package or just a single processing step.

We can accommodate various standard blister formats for common tablet types:

• Round tablets (small, medium, large)
• Oval tablets
• Mini-tablets
• Sugar-coated-style tablets
• Coated tablets

If you need a special format that is not available in the standard range, we can have a custom blister tool made at an additional cost.

This ensures that every product is presented in a format that fits.

We offer flexible printing options for the aluminum back:

1. Standard printing (e.g. logo, product name)

Ideal for brand identification.

2. Multicolored designs

For a modern, eye-catching look.

3. Completely customized print images

Even complex graphics are possible – we will coordinate the layout in advance.

The printing process is fully defined before production begins to ensure that the type of film and the technology are optimally matched.

Tablets place particular demands on blister packaging because they are more fragile than capsules.

We therefore focus on:

• breakage-resistant feeding
• low-abrasion processing
• consistent positioning
• complete sealing
• final visual inspection

Every blister also receives:

• a best-before date
• a batch number

This makes your product fully traceable.

The blisters are delivered loose and can be further packaged by you.

On request, we handle:

• packing into folding cartons
• labelling
• creating a finished product ready for sale
